Chiruca Iceland Hunting Boot we are all just loving this new boot. Not only are they Waterproof and Breathable they are ultra stylish. With the Gore-tex lining the feet are not made wet by external water but still remain able to breath.  This makes the boots waterproof from the outside inwards and breathable from the inside.  This is a very heavy duty lightweight wellington fitted with a Vibram tread for durability , grip and comfort

At Chiruca they understand the importance of leathers in footwear so they only use a selection of split, Nubuck, napper and embossed grain leather.  The insoles are anatomical, made of polyester fibre and punched to provide excellent shock absorbency.  They eliminate moisture from breathing and offer the highest comfort. 

The Vibram double-density polyurethane sole offers top grip, resistance to wear, stability and great impact absorption for you to experience maximum safety and comfort with each step.

Every time you use your boots remember to leave them to air naturally as speeding up the drying by putting them close to sources of heat will only dehydrate them and make them stiff.  When they are dry brush them gently to remove the dirt and if necessary wipe them with a cloth dampened in warm or slightly soapy water.

Leather Upper

The leather upper is made from high quality reinforced Nubuck leather which is then treated to make it waterproof.

The GORE-TEX® membrane consists of a micro porous structure that contains more than 1,400 million microscopic pores per cm². These pores are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a droop of water, making it impossible for water to pass through the membrane.

BREATHABILITY. On the other hand, the pores of the membrane are 700 times bigger than a molecule of water vapour, which means that sweat can escape to the outside without affecting the waterproofing of the membrane. Preventing heat from accumulating keeps feet dry and warm

This makes the boots waterproof from the outside inwards and breathable from the inside allowing the feet to breathe as well as keeping the feet warm.

For warmth the boot is then lined with Thinsulate which offers a great deal of comfort and insulation for the foot and leg

Chiruca Warranty

Chiruca leather wellington boots are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.  The fair use warranty supplied with all Chiruca boots does not cover wear from use that the boots were not intended for.  As an example motorcycle and horse riding of any sort.  Wear caused by abrasion which is obviously caused by braking while riding a motorcycle is completely outside of any warranty.  Wear caused via motorcycles either cross country or road is very obvious.

This service is available to all parts of the United Kingdom. The parcel will be despatched via Royal Mail tracked or DPD using whichever service is most applicable for your location. Many parcels will arrive within 1 day however the service is not guaranteed.

Most of Mainland UK will receive their delivery within 2 days.

Offshore locations and the Highlands can take up to 5 days for the parcel to be delivered however this will vary depending on the delivery service to your remote location.

This service is available to most parts of the UK mainland. If this service appears as available in your checkout then the service is available to your postcode.

Orders must be placed before 4pm and delivery will occur on the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Example : order placed between Monday and Thursday will arrive next day so Monday arrives Tuesday, Tuesday arrives on Wednesday, Wednesday arrives Thursday, Thursday arrives Friday. Order placed on Friday will not arrive until Monday.

We do offer delivery to most parts of the World via air or road freight. Cost is based on volumetric weight so please enter the item that you require in to your basket and click on the shipping estimator. You should now see all options available with the expected delivery time. If your Country is not listed then we are sorry to say that we do not currently offer a service to your location. Do please remember that orders supplied outside of the EU will have the VAT removed from the product however you may be liable for import duty at your Countries rate.
