Can you deliver my wellies to another address

 In the checkout the first address is the address of the credit card.  When this has been entered you will click next and you can add a delivery address.  This can be any address in the U.K.  If you are away on holiday and are having your boots sent to a caravan park or similar then remember to put in the special instructions a location for the boots ie reception or the shop

Why do we need your email address

We require your email address to keep you notified of your order status.  We send 1 email to confirm your order, one to notify you that it has been shipped and one with your parcel tacking details.  As soon as your parcel is delivered UPS will send you one email with the time, location and the name of the person that has received the parcel.  We will not use your email for any other purpose unless you  have requested our newsletter.  WE WILL NEVER PASS YOUR DETAILS TO ANY 3rd party company.  If you are still concerned then please read our privacy policy that is available on our home page at easy wellies

How do I know if the wellingtons are in stock

Near to the buy now button is a size selector.  When you click on this you will see that sizes that are out of stock are clearly marked.  This stock control runs in real time and is updated as soon as you have placed the item in your basket.  These are held for you for a maximum of 15 mins or until you complete the checkout process. 

How long will my order take to arrive

As a general rule all orders that are placed before4pm will be despatched that day and arrive the next working day.  This excludes offshore and The Scottish Highlands 

How should I look after my wellington boots

Keep you wellies out of the sun and the insides dry.  If you do keep them outside on a boot rack then we would suggest that you buy some UV boot protector.  This will make sure that the boots stay in good condition and will give you years of service
