Earth Systems do not disclose buyers' information to third parties apart from UPS*. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. An account is opened for you so that you can track your order and to make it easier to shop. We do not store credit card details online and all personal information is stored on a secure server.
*UPS will use your email address to notify of your parcels progrss and delivery notification. They will not use your contact details for anything other than the efficient delivery of your parcel. They will not pass these details to any 3rd parties
Credit Card Security
You will be directed to Protx (payment service provider). will collect your credit card details and communicate with all the major banks. Protx will send Earth Systems limited a unique ref number informing us that you have made a payment. At no point will Earth Systems Limited or any of the staff working for Earth Systems Limited have access to any of your card details.
Site Security
While browsing the store and placing items in your basket the site runs in a normal open mode. This could be visible to others, however no information other than the items that are picked up and placed in your basket are visable. The reason that we do this is so that you can quickly shop the site. Then when you complete the sale and before you enter your details you will notice that you are directed to the secure server (HTTPS) and that the padlock is clearly displayed. From this point and when you login to your account all the information is encrypted with 128 bit encryption. This ensures that your details stay private.
