Shipping And Handling
Delivery is free for all orders to United Kingdom Mainland (including IOW) and will take between 24 and 48 hours depending on the location. Some remote areas in the Scottish Highlands can take up to 5 days for delivery. Northern Ireland and United Kingdom offshore will be charged at cost depending on weight and volume (IOW is classed as mainland and free delivery) and will typically take between 1 and 2 days for delivery.
Delivery is available to countries outside of the UK and charges are calculated based on weight and volume. Please select the items that you require and place them in the basket and proceed through the checkout. Shipping is calculated and charged, providing you are happy with this continued to checkout and make payment. Please remember that import duty will be applicable in your own country if the goods are shipped outside of the EU
Your goods will be despatched the same day providing the order is placed before 4pm. All orders placed after 4 pm will be despatched the following day and should arrive within 24 hours. Any orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. If you have an urgent order that requires a Saturday delivery we can arrange this for an extra charge of £19.95. All deliveries are made via UPS or Royal Mail . Orders to Europe and America take between 2 and 5 days depending upon location and charges are applied based on weight, size and destination.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, a warning message will appear in the check out and you will have the option to select a different item, proceed with the order or to cancel the entire order. We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Returns Form
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card the order was placed with.

In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange collection from you free of charge providing it is within the 30day warranty. Returns under warranty, but outside of the 30 days will be at the buyers cost. Please follow the instructions below, completing the returns for and please make sure that the item was purchased from us before returning.
