Royal mail Tracked UK Delivery 2-5 day depending on location £2.95
This entry level service is available to all UK Customers including Belfast, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will typically take 2 working days however certain locations will be longer ( this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) . Deliveries are made via Royal Mail tracked or DPD depending on the orders weight. This service is carbon neutral
Next Day Delivery £4.95 UPS United Parcels
Orders placed using this service will be delivered on the next working day providing the order is placed before 4pm.(excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). The orders are delivered on our behalf by UPS (United Parcels) . This option is not available to the Highlands or islands
We offer 1 options for Saturday delivery to most of the UK mainland excluding Scotland above Edinburgh and some remote areas. The option will be made available depending on your postcode. Saturday delivery before 12:30pm= £25.00 Sorry we know it is expensive but it is by UPS and it will happen unlike others that we have used who can have a 60% plus fail rate Saturday delivery charges are not refundable.
Mainland Europe And European Destinations
Our service offered to most European Countries is via UPS air freight which is typically 1 – 2 days depending on your location. Air freight is calculated based on weight volume and destination and will be clearly displayed in the checkout. Delivery charges are no refundable for returned goods
European Road Service
Available to most Countries in the EU and delivery typically takes 5 days however the estimated delivery time will be shown in the checkout. Costs vary depending on your location and start from £9.99
Channel Island Deliveries
The cost for deliveries to the Channel Islands is based on weight and is sent via Royal Mail tracked which will take between 2 and 5 days. The cost for a pair of wellingtons will be less than £5 however the cost does drop with more pairs. When entering your address please change the Country from United Kingdom to Guernsey or Jersey and this will calculate the delivery and remove the VAT from the products ordered.
Deliveries outside of the European Union are supplied via air freight and general take between 1 and 3 days for delivery. Charges are calculated based on weight and volume. UK vat is removed from the invoice however local duty and tax that is applicable to your country is applied and will be collected by UPS from you on import. Delivery charges are non refundable for returned goods. Collect plus, Swap Out and UPS returns labels are not available for deliveries outside of the UK.
Order placed before 4pm GMT will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the next day. If you have an urgent order and it is after 4pm then please call 01189736905 as we may still be able to ship your parcel providing the couriers have not left. Weekends and Bank holidays are not working days so orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be shipped until the next working day ie Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday
Parcels refused at a destination will be returned to us. On return of the parcel a refund will be made to the card for the original order value less the delivery charge, less £7.95 return charges. Return charges maybe higher from areas outside of the UK and these will be charged to the card used at cost price plus UK VAT.
If you are unable to receive the parcel then a card will be left through the door and two further attempts will be made to deliver the parcel If the driver is still unable to make the delivery then the parcel will be held for five days waiting for your instructions. If no contact is made the parcel will be returned to us. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will be refunded less the original delivery charge and a further charge of £7.95 for the cost incurred for the return of the parcel to Earth Systems Limited. Delivery charges are non refundable for returned goods .
At Easy wellies we use a real time stock control system that deducts stock as it is sold. In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and offer alternatives, an estimated delivery time or to cancel the order. We will keep you updated via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All our wellington boots come with a manufacturers warranty. This warranty period is clearly detailed on each product. If this information does not appear on the product then the warranty period is a 6 month fair wear and tear warranty
If the item is faulty and within our 30 day main warranty period then we will collect the item from you and exchange it for a new item
If the item is found to be faulty outside of this period then you would have to return the item to us and we will exchange it for you. We operate a fair use warranty and claims are assessed based on wear and use. Please contact us via email before returning the item to us so that we can email a guide to you which will explain how the item should be returned Joules wellington boots are supplied with a 3 month warranty however if you have purchased Joules wellington boots and they fail within 6 months then please contact us via email with a picture so that we can give advice concerning your individual boots. Our warranty does not cover wear that the wellingtons were not designed to withstand. As an example, use of heavy machinery which involves heavy pressure from the bridge of the foot, horse riding unless the boot specifically is listed for this, riding a motorcycle off or on road. Wear caused by the examples above are very obvious so please consider this before you return the item.
We will endeavor to replace an item that is inspected and deemed to have failed because of a manufacturing defect with the same item that was originally purchased. However there maybe minor variations that are beyond our control because products are developed on a regular basis by manufacturers. If the item is outside of our initial 30 day warranty period then we will offer you a replacement unless you stipulate an alternative. If the original product is discontinued or unavailable we will offer an alternative of a similar quality. If the original item is no longer available from easy-wellies.co.uk and you are undecided as to which style and make of product that you require then we will put a credit against your account that can be used when you are ready to purchase your replacement items.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition and should include the original packaging. Refunds will be made back on to the card that was used when the order was placed. Postage is not refundable.
Returns outside of the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% handling charge and must be confirmed by email before the item is returned. The product must be in perfect condition and should include the original packaging. The adjustment will be made to the original card that was used and will be made at the time of exchange or refund. This excludes the extended Christmas returns period. Returns costs are at your expense unless on the rare event the item is faulty and inside the 30 day warranty period . In the rare event that your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange a collection from you free of charge providing it is within the 30 day warranty period. Returns under warranty but outside of the 30 days will be at the buyers cost. Please follow the instructions below, completing the returns form and please make sure that the items you are returning to us were purchased from us before returning. Please open your parcel on receipt as notification of an incorrect or damaged item must be made within 48 Hours of receipt of the parcel details should be sent by email to email@example.com .
Can you please return the item in adequate packaging for transportation.
Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot except boots unless they have been cleaned thoroughly.
Please include your full name and address, contact telephone number along with your order number and the details of the exchange or refund. Items shipped via Royal Mail cannot be tracked. As such no claim can be raised until 21 working days after dispatch. For guaranteed deliveries you should select UPS as this is a tracked service
