UPS returns label
This will be emailed to you at 4.40pm during working days. The email will arrive from UPS and can often appear in the junk or spam email folder.
Simply print the label and attach it to the parcel
Call the number on the label to arrange a suitable date for the collection to be made
Please remember to enclose a returns form with the package . Click here to view the returns form

The label can be used for returns up to 40KG but it must be packaged as 1 parcel
Labels not used within the 30 days cannot be refunded

Swap it. To do this you need to go back to easy-wellies.co.uk and purchase the boots that you require. Continue through the checkout and on the delivery options page you will see swap it. Click swap it and you will now move forward and proceed through the checkout. At this point you have bought 2 pairs of wellingtons. We send your new order out tonight (if the order is placed before 4pm on a working day) and when the driver delivers on the next working day ( You do get a 1 hour delivery notification first thing in the morning). He will give you the new boots and take away the old boots. All the labels required are attached to the new parcel and he will know which to stick on to the returning boots.
The returning boots will arrive back with us on the following day and the order is canceled and refunded in full. This includes the original delivery charge. We notify you by email as soon as this has occurred. If you do not want to use this method then you can use the method below
